25 Day Reset

#25dayreset – day 5

Today was a good day.

I time  blocked and it helped me stay focused.

And  whilst I didn’t quite stick to it, I learned from it. I learned that a two hour chunk needs 10-15 mins either side to allow for travel, loo breaks, snacks, unforseens.

I knew today was going to be busy and I knew I wouldn’t be at my computer at all. Goal 2 was not on today’s agenda. And it was fine. Because I’d planned it, I didnt fret about it. I didn’t lose focus on the jobs I’d planned due to worrying or feeling guilty about not doing research because it was part of the plan.

So… today time blocking worked. Now I need to incorporate the goal!
