It’s party time! I mean it’s Party Conference time!! The Official Monster Raving Loony Party are gathering in Blackpool this coming weekend to debate their new policies, vote in their new cabinet and generally resolve those issues that worry their voters… Actually, the only guarantee is that practically NO politics will be discussed at all.
There will , of course be some discussion relating to the credibility of politics following #piggate; there will definitely be a cabinet reshuffle and quite a lot of meeting and greeting of the public. There will also be quite a bit of filming for the party political broadcast for the pending Welsh Assembly Elections in May 2016.
Otherwise the time will be spent, drinking, dressing up and dancing. True to the 
Lady Lily the Pink motto… “let’s drink a drink…” , the Mid Wales Loony Bus will be heading to the events hosts, The New Guilderoy Hotel and Uncle Toms Cabin post-haste on Friday afternoon ready for some meet and greet over some Co-Ale-ition Ales and a venue-load of great Loony bands including Mr Badaxe, The Fibbers and (headlining), Vince Ripper and The Rodents Show. Saturday will include an open top bus tour of the sea front…

I’m with the Brecknockshire Loons and I’ll be travelling in the loony bus with The Lord Drummers Daughter and Rev Backline (Defrocked)… bus is pimped.
